The companies we interviewed (and the one we eventually hired... and fired) were tired, lacked imagination, and did very little to make our lives easier or add value to our property. I created Transproperties Management because I envisioned a better way to do things.

  With Transproperties, there are no mysteries. We work with your board to make all appropriate information about budgets, accounts, and future plans available online, all the time.


• Communication - How well does your property management company communicate with your association and board? Are you able to reciprocate? When most property management companies do communicate, it's in one direction. Down. That's not communication. It's publishing.
  
  Transproperties creates an open online forum where all members of the Board and Association can post and comment on questions and issues. It's a healthier, more democratic way to communicate. But this forum is not a substitute for offline communication - we are available for you and your Association by phone all day, every day.

We adhere to a strong code of ethics, selecting all vendors based solely on the value they provide to our customers (and not on the basis of “preferred relationships”).
