•Handle all of the marketing and advertising.

•Schedule all appointments and viewings of your house. Prospective tenant will never be in the house unescorted. Showings will be done by me or other licensed agents.

•Thoroughly go over the lease contract and explain to the tenants what is expected of them during the lease terms.

•Collect rent and set up your account so your rent money will be automatically deposited in to your account. You will also have access to view your maintenance log and the tenant ledger to see if tenant has paid and a variety of other valuable reports.

•Can handle all of your maintenance issues.

•If the tenant stops paying rent we will file the evictions papers and go to the eviction hearing on your behalf.

Listed below are SOME of the things WE WILL NOT DO:

•WE WILL NOT mark up maintenance charges. Some companies add on additional charges on top of the charges that the contractor charges.

•WE WILL NOT leave you in the DARK in regards to the status of your property. You will receive bi-weekly updates via email or by phone on your vacant property.

•WE WILL NOT short change you on service. A lot of property managers don’t even work on Saturday’s or Sunday’s. These are some of the busiest days when it comes to showing your property. If you call the number on Saturday or Sunday it goes to the office VM and not the agent. These are missed opportunities to show and sell your property and accounts for additional vacant days on the market.
